DATA DELETION

This page explains how to request deletion of data that Fitted Automation LLC ("we," "us," or "our") holds about you, including any data we obtained from the Meta Platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Messenger) through an application or integration we operate.

These instructions apply in addition to the rights described in our Privacy Policy.

Send a deletion request by email to the address below with the subject line DATA DELETION REQUEST. So that we can locate your records and confirm you are entitled to make the request, please include:

• Who you areThe name and email address you used with us, and — if your request concerns Meta Platform data — the Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, or business the data relates to.
• What you want deletedAll data we hold, or a specific category. If you are unsure what we hold, ask and we will tell you before deleting anything.

On a verified request we delete, from our production systems:

• Contact and account records you provided to us directly.
• Any Meta Platform data we retrieved and stored on your behalf, including advertising performance records, Page and ad account identifiers, and reports derived from them.
• Access tokens and credentials issued to us for your Meta assets, which are revoked as well as deleted.

Where we are required to retain certain records — for example invoices and tax records — we retain only the minimum required by law and isolate them from active use. Encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation cycle rather than individually edited; data in backups is not returned to production use.

We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days. If a request will take longer, we will tell you why and give you a completion date. We confirm in writing once deletion is complete.

You can also cut off our access yourself at any time, without contacting us. Revoking access stops any further data flowing to us, but does not by itself delete data we already hold — send a request under Section 2 for that.

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select the app → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites → Remove.
• Business assets: In Meta Business Manager, remove our business or system user from the asset’s assigned partners.
