• Service providersWe rely on a limited set of vendors — cloud hosting, storage, and, where a service you have engaged calls for it, AI model providers — to process Platform Data on our instructions. They are bound to confidentiality and to use the data only to provide their service to us. We do not permit them to use your Platform Data to train general-purpose models.
• Retention, deletion and revocationWe retain Platform Data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete or anonymize it when our engagement ends.
